The complex was issued with Act 16 in October 2024.

It consists of 4 buildings with a total of 87 apartments. Each building has its own underground parking with limited access. The richly landscaped park with selected plant species, located in the middle between the buildings and their contemporary modern architecture give character and style to the complex. The children’s playground, made entirely with ecological materials, is of particular importance for each new project. In addition – a private kindergarten, which will be operational in the fall of 2025.

It is located in the southern modern district of Krastova Vada, where you have proximity to the mountain, excellent sunlight for each apartment, a constant flow of fresh air, peace and quiet. The complex is a 6-minute walk from Cherni Vrah Blvd., from where you can use public transport, 10 minutes from Vitosha metro station and Paradise Shopping Center, 15 minutes from South Park.

The buildings in the complex meet energy efficiency class A. They are built with multi-chamber bricks, external thermal insulation of stone wool, with a ventilated façade of Laminam ceramic tiles. The joinery is of the highest class, breathable, wooden with an aluminum cap against aging, quadruple glazing. Each apartment has a built-in air purification system – recuperation, which also has a very good and permanent effect on heat exchange, preventing the retention of bacteria in the rooms.

The apartments are sunny, with French windows and terraces, regular shapes of the rooms and underfloor heating for maximum space release. The floors have a soundproofing membrane and screed against impact noise. The sewage system is also soundproofed.

The common areas in the building are filled with granite slabs and aluminum railings. Movement is carried out with silent Schindler elevators with low energy consumption and automatic disinfection against viruses and bacteria. The electricity supply in the common areas is provided by solar collectors. The complex has a video surveillance system and a fence to limit access.

The streets around it have new sidewalks, landscaping, street lighting, quality asphalt and drainage. On the same street, shops with a selected assortment of goods, a bakery, a café, a restaurant are opening their doors.
